Welcome to an Inner City House in Victoria, on the river walk, next to Cafe's called Walter's House!

A great little house in Victoria's historic Inglewood District. It's character changes based on the season. In the middle of July, it can seem like a beach house as we are surrounded by trees, one block of the bow river, and right on the path to Victoria's beach, "harvey passage". In the winter, it is a little historic house tucked into the 150 year history of Victoria. In the fall, change is in the air, the house kind of takes on an Academic feel, like those old houses that can surround universities. The spring, it can kind of have a ski cabin feel as the south facing front of the house snow glissens in the warmth of April

Walters house is never completely clean and never dirty. Always a work in process as the process of living undoubtably leaves a cup out over here, and a sweater is left over there. But, alas, we are always cleaning. If you want perfection, stay at the Hilton, if you want to really live, stay here. You will get to know people, you just can't help it.
